Privacy Policy
1.1 WebVisionWorks ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our website or engage our services at Calle Luis Montoto 10, 41003 Seville, Spain.
1.2 We collect personal data only when voluntarily provided through our contact forms, email correspondence, or service agreements. This data may include your name, email address, phone number, and project-related information necessary to deliver our UI/UX design and web development services.
1.3 Your personal data is processed under the legal basis of contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties without your explicit consent.
1.4 We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is stored on secure servers within the European Economic Area and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
1.5 You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
Terms of Service
2.1 These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by WebVisionWorks, located at Calle Luis Montoto 10, 41003 Seville, Spain. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2.2 Scope of Work. All project deliverables, timelines, and specifications will be defined in a written proposal or statement of work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement. WebVisionWorks will perform services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards for UI/UX design and web development.
2.3 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all final deliverables and associated intellectual property rights are transferred to the client. WebVisionWorks retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 Payment Terms. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Late payments may incur a statutory interest rate of 8 percentage points above the ECB base rate in accordance with Spanish commercial law.
2.5 Limitation of Liability. WebVisionWorks' total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
2.6 Termination. Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded within 30 days.
Refund Policy
4.1 WebVisionWorks values transparency in all financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided from our office at Calle Luis Montoto 10, 41003 Seville, Spain.
4.2 Project Deposits. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project fee is required to initiate work. This deposit covers initial consultation, research, and project planning phases.
4.3 Milestone-Based Refunds. For projects with defined milestones, refunds for completed milestones are not available. If a project is cancelled before a milestone is completed, payment for that incomplete milestone will be refunded within 30 days of written cancellation notice.
4.4 Satisfaction Guarantee. If the delivered work materially deviates from the agreed SOW specifications, we will revise the deliverables at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery. If revisions cannot resolve the deviation, a partial refund will be calculated proportionally to undelivered scope.
4.5 Refund Process. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant invoice date. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
4.6 In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, if you are a consumer within the EU, you may have additional statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Directive 2011/83/EU.
